Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a SalesOps Manager, located in London UK. The SalesOps Manager will oversee and optimize sales processes, support sales teams with quote-to-cash, pipeline management and enhance customer service operations. The manager will also collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations and foster clear communication.

 

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Analytical Skills to drive data-driven decisions
  • Strong Business Planning skills for strategising sales processes
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise with different departments and sales teams
  • Experience in Customer Service to support and improve customer interactions
  • Expertise in Sales Operations to streamline and optimise sales activities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment Prior experience in sales operations and process improvement is beneficial
