At the BCI Australasia Summit 2019, Eric presented a session entitled “Bridging Business Resilience and Innovation with the Citizen Developer” which dealt with the barriers to BCM innovation and how to leverage technology to enable the citizen developers.
The three main concepts that he covered were:
- Overcoming BCM barriers to innovation
- Empowering business users
- Technology as an enabler not a barrier
