Standard support is available during business hours (9am to 5pm) AEST- Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and bank holidays. You can request for support via our Support Services Portal.  For Severity Level 1 support, CALL US. We are here to help.

Proof of Concept Services Agreement

Receive all the benefits of our Standard Support Plan, however for Severity Levels 1 and 2, you have access to our Service Desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to log the ticket and CALL US directly.  We are here to help.
